For the Mocktail Base:
- 3 cups sparkling white grape juice chilled
- ½ cup white cranberry juice
- ⅓ cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
For the Fruit & Spices:
- 1 red apple cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 3 cinnamon sticks plus extra for garnish
- 1 orange sliced into rounds
For Serving:
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda or club soda
- Fresh rosemary sprigs optional, for garnish
- Ice cubes
Prepare the Fruit: Wash and cube the red apple (skin on), rinse the cranberries, and slice the orange into thin rounds. Place all the prepared fruit and the 3 cinnamon sticks into a large glass pitcher.
Mix the Juice Base: Pour the white cranberry juice, fresh orange juice, and fresh lime juice into the pitcher over the fruit. Stir gently to combine.
Chill & Infuse: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours, or ideally overnight. This step (maceration) is essential for allowing the flavors to meld together.
Add the Sparkle: Just before serving, remove the pitcher from the fridge. Add the chilled sparkling white grape juice and the lemon-lime soda (or club soda). Stir very gently to preserve the bubbles.
Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sangria over the ice, making sure each glass gets a generous spoonful of the infused fruit. Garnish with an extra cinnamon stick and a fresh sprig of rosemary for a festive touch.
