- 12 oz feta cheese crumbled
- ½ cup banana peppers pickled, finely chopped
- ½ cup red onion finely chopped
- ½ cup marinated roasted red peppers finely chopped
- ½ cup turkey or beef salami finely chopped
- ½ cup Italian dressing Garlic Expressions recommended
For Serving:
- Thick crackers pita chips, or toasted baguette slices
Prep: On a cutting board, finely chop the red onion, banana peppers, roasted red peppers, and salami into small, uniform pieces (about pea-sized).
Mix: Add all your chopped ingredients and the crumbled feta to a large mixing bowl.
Combine: Pour the Italian dressing over everything. Gently toss and stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Meld: Transfer the dip to an airtight container (the original feta container works great!). Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours, to let the flavors meld.
Serve: Give the dip a quick stir and serve with thick crackers, toasted bread, or pita chips.
